ASL Digital Intercom Speaker Stations provide flexible options for effective, user-friendly communication in a variety of live production and broadcast applications. Both rack-mount and tabletop versions are available, with channel configurations suited to any requirement from basic to highly sophisticated. Many features are user programmable, allowing custom configuration of “soft key” functions to suit the specific requirements of each installation. The compact, dedicated rack mount Speaker Stations are ideal when space is at a premium. Optional rack-mount kits are available for all Tabletop units.

In the tradition of ASL Analog systems, the new ASL Digital Intercom system is exceptionally functional and easy to use. Signal lights are easy to recognize, and offer adjustable brightness. Controls are large and clearly labeled. All ASL Digital Intercom controls and displays are the product of thoughtful design as well as close consultation with long-time intercom users.

The DS 1640 provides comprehensive and exceptionally flexible communication facilities for users at key command locations.
The DS 2040 makes an additional 20 channels available to the DS 1640 to provide a total of 36 channels.
Two gooseneck electret microphones are optionally available for use with the ASL Digital Intercom Speaker Stations; the GM 30 E is 30 cm in length and is fitted with a jack connector and the GML 45 E is 45 cm long and is fitted with both an LED ring and a jack connector.
